What is the best service for your electronics? Sending it to us for repair. We are factory authorized by most manufactures and use only original OEM parts in repairing your item. After one of our Master technicians repairs your item we will check to see if it qualifies for our Renewed Warranty Program. If it does then we can offer you its original warranty or longer. How long of a warranty could that be? Up to 10 years depending on the item. Once we receive your unit and inspect it one of our staff will call you with the repair estimate and details of our Renewed Warranty Program.

Shipping Instructions:

If you have the original box and packing that the item came that is idea for shipping. If you do not have the original box and packing be sure to use bubble wrap and or packing peanuts. Also please make sure the box is big enough and strong enough to prevent shipping damage.

Note: Do not use newspaper as packing materials, for this will cause shipping damage to your item.

We suggest using UPS or FED-X for shipping because they give a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. Using the post office for shipping could be a problem because they leave packages, without anyone signing for them. You will be contacted once your item is received.
